Incode
San Francisco-based Incode is revolutionizing the verification and authentication of digital identities with its AI-based platform, which is simple, fast and secure.
Founded in 2015, Incode's customers include some of the world's largest financial institutions, governments, hotels and hospitals worldwide. The company is recognized as the leader in facial recognition by the US government.
A major turning point for the company came when it won a tender for Citibanamex, Mexico's second largest bank, which was looking for a supplier capable of meeting four components for biometric identity validation: facial recognition, facial identification, identity validation and videoconferencing.
Ricardo Amper, the company's CEO and founder, points out that over 90% of Incode's technology is developed in-house, giving the company the flexibility and speed it needs to evolve rapidly. Having the technology in-house enables Incode to remain agile and develop customized solutions in line with customers' needs and ever-changing regulations.
In 2022, Incode achieved sales of $31 million, recording year-on-year growth of 145%. Experts forecast an 86% increase in sales in 2023.
