About Infraneo

Infraneo, formerly GSRI, is a major player in the European engineering market.

The group diagnoses and advises public and private players on the management of infrastructure assets, in particular to remedy their ageing and the impact of climate change on their integrity.

The company is recognized in four complementary fields of expertise (soil engineering, water cycle, testing and structural engineering) and operates throughout France and Europe with 18 branches and 450 employees.

Its sales have increased 4-fold since 2018, reaching 56 million in 2021, thanks in particular to external growth operations. In 2023, the acquisition of Antémys, a company specializing in geotechnical engineering and testing, enabled Infraneo to expand its geographical presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

The group's ambition is to become the European leader in infrastructure asset management through digital transformation and an acquisition strategy.

With 25 active patents, research and innovation are at the heart of Infraneo's DNA, setting it apart from its competitors.
