Damien Hélène: Hello everyone, and welcome to our first event of the year. We're delighted to see you here today, wherever you are connected from the countries in which we work - France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Before I begin, on behalf of the entireAltaroc team, I'd like to wish you an excellent 2025. May this year be synonymous with success, ambitious projects and wonderful collaborations. An introduction wouldn't be perfect if I didn't share it with Frédéric Stolar,Altaroc's Managing Partner. Frédéric, you're going to take a look at our latest news, but we're also going to focus throughout this webconference on our Vintage 2024, which is open for sale until March 31.
Frédéric Stolar: Thank you Damien. Hello everyone, and now it's my turn to wish you all the best for 2025. We start the year with some excellent news: the arrival of Cyril Hourdry as Development Director for France. Cyril brings with him over 18 years of invaluable expertise in distribution, first at Financière de l'Échiquier, then at Eleva, two superb asset management companies. He also has an excellent knowledge of life insurance and a strategic vision that will be decisive in helping us develop our private equity solutions.
Damien Hélène: Thank you Frédéric. It's true that Cyril's arrival marks an important step in our growth strategy, and we're delighted to be able to count on his expertise and commitment.
Frédéric Stolar: I'd now like to talk about a major international advance: in parallel with our Odyssey funds in the classic FPCI format, we launched this year, for the first time, equivalent Odyssey ranges in the ELTIF 2.0 format. This ELTIF 2.0 format now enables us to offer solutions that are easy to distribute in all our European countries. This is a real lever for accelerating our international development.
Damien Hélène: Absolutely, and these formats have already opened up strategic markets for us, such as Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Could you tell us more about the initial feedback from these markets?
Frédéric Stolar: Of course, Damien. We've already welcomed our first customers in Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg, and the outlook for new business in these regions is very promising indeed. I think these good beginnings in markets that are just starting out in private equity testify to the relevance of our strategy and the confidence that our first French successes are inspiring in our international partners.
Damien Hélène: Thank you very much Frédéric for your insights. Clearly, 2025 promises to be a dynamic year. On this morning's agenda, I'd like to take a few moments to talk to Xavier Robert, Chief Investment Officer at Bridgepoint, about the macro-economic context in the United States, Europe and France, and its impact on private equity. You will then hear Louis Flamand explain that Vintage Altaroc 2024 is being rolled out two years after the financial market correction of 2022. And historically, why it's usually in these post-crisis contexts that we find the most robust performances. Our second part is devoted to co-investments. What's the point of co-investment in our Vintage ? I'll be showing you the exclusive interviews I conducted a few days ago with the managers of two of our Vintage . We'll be going to Lyon to meet the CEO of Opteven, and also to New York, where the CEO of Qlik welcomed us. And finally, we'll conclude this webinar with a look at the questions our partners and their private clients are asking about private equity. It's a pleasure to spend this morning in your company. We're off!
