House Of Talents

House of Talents is a niche recruitment agency specializing in prospecting and hiring in sectors ranging from healthcare to web development, with a particular focus on high-voltage occupations (healthcare, accounting, food service).

Based in Belgium, the Group also operates in the Netherlands. It has 12 divisions in its home market and 13 in Holland, covering permanent recruitment, temporary staffing and talent management.

House of Talents has experienced very strong growth since its creation. The company has developed through external growth (build-ups) and retains an entrepreneurial model (independence of employees, encouragement of innovation).

In 2023, the company entered the German HR market through the acquisition of EasyCare, a firm specializing in medical recruitment. Its founder, Steve Rousseau, backed by the Belgian investment fund Baltisse between 2016 and 2023, will draw on the expertise and support of CVC to accelerate growth, diversify its offering and expand its geographical presence, both nationally and globally.
