In a fast-growing market in which it is one of the long-standing players, Zellis differentiates itself through high-quality, hard-to-replace solutions, enabling it to maintain a significant proportion of recurring revenues. The company works with around a third of FTSE 100 companies, and its software is used to manage the compensation of some five million people every month.

A highly experienced management team was put in place in 2017 to strengthen the capabilities of all divisions, with a focus on innovation.

Zellis has also enriched its historic cloud-based payroll and human resources management offering by acquiring Benefex in 2018, a software platform for managing employer-provided benefits (mutuelles, CE...). The Benefex business enables over 900 companies in 90 countries to facilitate the daily lives of more than two million employees thanks to modern, unified benefits management.
