The aim ofApax is to create the leading Dutch provider of IT managed services for SMEs, healthcare, education and housing, through a strategy based on both organic growth and external acquisitions.
Founded in 1990 by Hans Lesscher, the company serves over 4,000 customers. Over the past few years, Odin Groep has generated double-digit growth, with revenues of almost 140 million euros by 2021.
The investment made by the Apax Midmarket X fund will enable :
- finance the company's geographic expansion, particularly in the south and west of the Netherlands,
- increase its presence in existing markets and develop new products to offer its customers a tailor-made value proposition,
- and, finally, to expand its range of services and expertise.
