Autoglazing specializes in auto glass replacement and the calibration of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The acquisition of Autoglazing's know-how, expertise and customer base will strengthen Cary Group's ability to meet the needs of the insurance and fleet industries. Andy Hodge, Managing Director of Masterglass Windscreens, will join Cary Group as National Fleet Account Director, ensuring operational continuity.

The 1,400-strong company favors glass repair to limit waste, and adopts technologies to reduce the carbon footprint of its workshops. By integrating Autoglazing, it is also strengthening its support for local players to offer accessible and responsible services.

As a result, the company has reduce itsCO2 emissions by 42 emissions for scopes 1 (greenhouse gases emitted directly by the company) and 2 (emissions associated with energy consumption: electricity, heating networks, etc.).
