Company present in the Vintage Altaroc Odyssey 2021, Cary Group has just announced the acquisition of the French company 123 Pare-Brise . Founded in 2020, 123 Pare-Brise has an integrated network of 129 workshops spread throughout France and achieves an annual turnover of around 100 million euros thanks to its approximately 900 employees. Based in Marquette-lez-Lille and Bourgoin-Jallieu, the company stands out for its model focused on direct sales to consumers and the quality of its services.
This acquisition is part of Cary Group's strategy to consolidate its position in Europe and invest in high-potential markets. "France represents a key axis for our development. 123 Pare-Brise, with its rapid growth and efficient network, fits perfectly into our vision," said Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group.
An accelerated expansion path in Europe
For several years, Cary Group has been multiplying acquisitions to strengthen its presence on the continent. In addition to France, the group has expanded its network through strategic operations in Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Spain and Germany, thus consolidating a still fragmented European market.
The acquisition of 123 Pare-Brise completes a list of key platforms such as Auto Cristal Ralarsa in Spain, Expressglass in Portugal and Zentrale Autoglas in Germany, allowing Cary Group to achieve a European scale unmatched in this sector .
