Operating in 6 diversified vertical sectors, and serving major Italian companies, Atos Italia enjoys a strong reputation in the IT services market, and relies on 1,600 qualified employees spread over more than 5 sites in the country.
For ApaxAtos Origin, which acquired Lutech in 2021, this transaction is an important step towards creating a leader in the rapidly evolving digital transformation sector. Atos' offer, which is complementary to Lutech's, brings new expertise and enables us to strengthen our presence in strategic sectors. Integration between the two companies will be gradual, guaranteeing continuity of operations and a high level of service to customers.
