It has just signed an agreement to acquire 100% of British company J Huggins and Son Limited, one of the UK' s leading providers of vehicle glass repair services.

Founded in 1971, J Huggins and Son has built a reputation for excellence in the automotive glass repair and replacement sector. With 17 workshops and a team of 120 employees, the company is a mainstay of Bristol's automotive industry.
This new collaboration will focus on shared best practices, improved customer experience and operational efficiencies.
The merger of these two industry leaders will undoubtedly redefine the automotive glass repair and replacement sector in Europe, setting new standards in terms of quality and service.
